Example: if part of the credits have already been used, only the unused portion is refundable.
Warranty does not cover:
For any warranty issue, contact us directly with your order information.
Your package includes the stated amount of API credits/tokens. How long they last depends entirely on how you use Codex.
Higher reasoning settings, heavier models, large projects, long conversations, and large context windows can consume credits significantly faster.
For example, continuing to work in a conversation with a very large context may use a large number of tokens on every new request.
Important
Once the allocated credits are fully consumed, the key will show OUT OF TOKENS and a new package is required to continue.
